REBECCA RYAN

Becca is an antitrust litigator with experience investigating, building, and litigating complex antitrust cases. She also brings experience in corporate compliance, internal investigations, and white-collar litigation from her time as corporate counsel. Her extensive background in both corporate and government roles allow her to effectively anticipate and advocate on behalf of clients.

Prior to joining Kressin Powers, Becca served as in-house Counsel at Western Union, where she was responsible for overseeing internal investigations and assisting in the management of the company’s ethics program.

Before her time at Western Union, Becca held key positions at the U.S. Department of Justice’s Antitrust Division. She served as Counsel to the Assistant Attorney General and as Counsel to the Directors of Criminal Enforcement and Criminal Litigation. Becca began her career in the Antitrust Division through the Attorney General’s Honors Program, where she worked as a Trial Attorney focusing on white-collar crime, including antitrust and securities fraud investigations.

With a strong background in antitrust matters, regulatory compliance, government investigations, and corporate ethics, Becca provides strategic counsel to clients navigating complex legal challenges.
